My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The room was spacious and had two high 4-poster double beds, an armoire, a flat-screen TV, a coffee-maker, and a beautifully updated bathroom with a beautiful and very large balcony. The breakfast was decent and satisfying. The location was great, just two easy walking blocks from a main food and entertainment area. The service was top-notch, with excellent housekeeping and tours/ticket assistance. However, the dining experience was somewhat slow in the past but has improved over the years.

This hotel was a gem in the heart of downtown Mobile, offering a convenient and enjoyable stay. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast, though not exceptional, was decent. The location was excellent for exploring the historic downtown area and within easy walking distance of many restaurants. However, the dining experience was a bit slow in the past year, the musty smell in the room was a drawback initially.

The hotel oozes Southern charm with its beautiful rooms reminiscent of the Biltmore House in Asheville, NC. The ambiance is lovely, but some darkness due to limited lighting. The service was adequate, and the location is perfect for exploring downtown Mobile by foot, although a bit neglected in certain areas. The dining options were decent but lacked some essentials. Overall, a quaint stay with room for improvement.
